risk management training

Ramsi delivers focussed training as part of bespoke risk management solutions. Our risk management training equips employees with the knowledge and skills they need to best implement the company’s risk management strategy. Outlined below are the typical steps taken by Ramsi to devise and implement a comprehensive risk management training solution.

1

Information Acquisition & Assessment

Discussion with client to assess the following:

  1. Client’s overall aims and expectations
  2. Perceived risks to client’s business
  3. Organisational structure
  4. Current staff knowledge level
  5. The level of training required
  6. Group or one-to-one training sessions

2

Formulation of Risk Management Training Strategy

This process will include:

  1. Identifying, analysing and outlining risks
  2. Explaining the significance of managing—and the consequences of ignoring—these risks
  3. Designing a training strategy which, while adhering to the principles of risk management, addresses the company’s specific risk profile
  4. Collating training material which will consist of presentations, reading materials and reports.
  5. Discussing the training strategy with the client to ensure they are satisfied with the training programme proposed.
  6. Group or one-to-one training sessions

Delivery of Risk Management Training

Training is delivered in-line with client expectations. Since each client’s needs are different, only typical steps are outlined below:

  1. Training is delivered at designated client premises
  2. Training may be one-to-one or group-oriented
  3. Written materials are provided for future reference
  4. Training is aimed at an employee-specific knowledge level to facilitate comprehension

4

Post Training Support

Ramsi continues to provide support after the training has taken place in order to guarantee customer satisfaction. We will:

  1. Discuss with the client to assess whether or not the training met their expectations.
  2. Source feedback from the individuals who were given training
  3. Discuss whether additional training materila will be required
  4. Discuss how Ramsi may continue to be of service in the future
